From Mitcham, follow the A236 towards Croydon, turn right onto B272 Beddington Lane, at the roundabout turn left onto Coomber way. The Tramsheds estate is about half way up Coomber way on the right, through the red gates.
From Croydon, Follow the A23 Purley Way,turn left at Ampere way past Ikea and go straight on at all the roundabouts. When you get to Beddington Cross, go straight across the roundabout and the Tramsheds estate is about 300 yards on the left, through the red gates.
