Home> 6 easy steps>

1. Box and Wrap. All items must be suitably packaged for carriage, ideally in a new box sealed with quality tape. We will not collect any loose items or any exposed metal so please ensure your item is not loose in the box and that it’s well protected with bubble wrap or poly chips. New goods in the manufacturer’s original packaging are ideal.

2. Weigh and Measure. We require the weight in Kgs and the measurement in cms for each parcel you’re sending. Simply enter these on the Get a Quote screen when prompted. Any wrongly declared weights or measurements may incur an extra charge or delays.

3. Get A Quote. Click on the Get a Quote icon and enter the details where prompted. Once you’ve entered the collection & delivery postcodes, the service you require and weight & dimensions you will be given our best price for that delivery service. Click Book Delivery Now to continue.

4. Book Job. Please be careful with the entry of telephone numbers and email addresses, as these are our only means of contacting you, and the address details will be used to route your consignment. If you want to send an email alert to warn the person receiving the consignment, then don’t forget to check the ‘Email Alert’ box. Please give as much accurate information as you can to minimise delay. Your parcel will be collected and delivered between 08:00 & 17:00.

5. Tell Us More. Fill in any special information, such as the type of goods and invoicing details, any special delivery instructions. If you would like to receive a confirmation or Proof of Delivery email, then check the boxes indicated.

6. Confirm and Pay. Now confirm all of the details and continue to make your payment. Once the payment has been approved, you will be returned to our site and given confirmation of the transaction including a tracking number.
