Box and Wrap each item securely, and label each with the name and address of the person to whom they are to be delivered. Accurate postcodes are essential or your parcel may be delayed.
Weigh and Measure each parcel to make sure that it does not exceed our maximums. Maximum dimensions are 250cm x 90cm x80cm and the maximum weight of each parcel must not exceed 30 kilos.
Get a Quote for each parcel that you want to send, (Prices are per item), enter your own postcode for collection, and the postcode of the address where you want your parcel(s) delivered, as well as the total weight and number of parcels for this address. Confirm the service you require and click 'Get a Quote'.
Book a Job. Check the box to say you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions, and then complete the full addresses for collection and delivery. Please be very careful with the entry of telephone numbers and email addresses, as these are our only means of contacting you, and the address details will be used to route your consignment. If you want to send an email alert to warn the person receiving the consignment, then don't forget to check the 'Send an Alert' box. Click 'Book a Job'.
Tell us More. Fill in any special information, such as the type of goods, the collection date you require, if it is not the next working day. Your parcel will be collected and delivered between 08:00 and 17:00, but if you close earlier then complete the latest collection time possible. Enter the dimensions of your parcel, and any special delivery instructions (such as 'leave with neighbour'). If you would like to receive a confirmation or proof of delivery email, then check the boxes indicated.
Confirm. Check all the details very carefully, as once you confirm the booking you will be liable to pay for the collection. Click confirm and you will be given an Order Reference which you can use to track your consignment right through to delivery.
Pay. You will then be directed to Paypal's website, where you can pay by Credit card, or by using your Paypal account. You will be able to print a receipt for the transaction.
